Min followed an innate passion to return to the industry after being a full-time mother to two wonderful children. Min brings to YPI leadership experience in both architectural design and development management for foreign and local projects. She has worked on private residential, commercial, retail and hospitality projects in NYC and in Korea.
Min’s educational background consists of a BFA in Interior Architecture from Rhode Island School of Design and a MS. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Min is effective in understanding the nuances of design goals and confirming it aligns with the Client’s aesthetic interest. She is highly effective in reviewing end product quality and getting a space ready for its’ first day. With her background in real estate development, Min is also effective at development, and reviewing deferred maintenance and facility costs.
Currently Min just moved in an upscale boutique clubhouse for a philatelic organization in Bryant Park and is working on a 50,000 RSF for a NFP HQ renovation for move in 2025. She is also involved in facilities support for a 180,000 GSF NJ Corporate headquarters.
