William’s educational background consists of an Associate’s degree in drafting, as well as a diploma in civil engineering and drafting from Ardee Technical School in Ireland. In addition to his work with Heritage Housing, he contracted with another client to oversee the design and build out of a 4,100 square foot private home in Sag Harbor, New York.
William joined Jonathan Rose Companies as a Construction Project Manager in 1995. This role provided him with over 25 years of diverse real estate management and construction experience in a wide variety of renovation, restoration, and new construction projects including residential, education and mixed-use, cultural building types.
Currently his responsibilities are to oversee the entire project which included site work and managing all RFIs, ASIs and requisitions of payment applications. William has contracted with Heritage Housing to manage major renovations of a 152-unit apartment complex in Wheeling, West Virginia as a construction consultant
